On July 25, 40 days after Sushant’s death, Sushant’s father lodged an FIR with the Patna police making serious allegations against Sushant’s girlfriend Riya Chakraborty and 5 people, including his family. Adoption is related to criminal treachery and Sushant’s money grab.
Finally, on 19 August 2020, the Supreme Court handed over the investigation of Sushant case to the CBI. The CBI team has started investigating it closely.
